Precision is not only for those on the recovery trail – plenty of people are using Precision to help build strength, master correct technique, bulletproof their body or just keep themselves honest with a fitness pursuit. We’ll build the perfect program for you, no matter what your goals.
With precision you get:
- A personalised program developed for you by one of our physiotherapy or exercise rehab team
- Regular coaching tips and progressions as required so you never hit a plateau
- Supervised group training sessions which are as motivating as they are social (groups of 3-4 maximum)
