Passive rehabilitation doesn’t work. Your recovery is compromised, fitness is lost, and when you finally make your triumphant return there is a good chance the underlying cause of your issue is still present and ready to rear it’s ugly head. An active approach to recovery incorporates a safe and effective exercise prescription to strengthen your strengths whilst correcting the issues at hand.

Our exercise rehab team will play a crucial role in helping you hit your goals. They are at the centre of our team operations and work closely with our physios to accelerate your rehab, our dietitians to maximise your weight goals and our strength and conditioning team to bulletproof your body.
Rehab and performance are at opposing ends of the same continuum
Exercise rehabilitation fits perfectly into the grey area between injury recovery and maximising performance. And rather than viewing recovery and performance as two mutually exclusive entities, we’d rather look at it as one long performance continuum with a little bit of bulletproofing or ‘preventative rehab’ in the middle.
We don’t aim to make you better. We aim to make you better than you ever were.
Mediocrity has no place at Bioathletic. Getting you to the end of your physio journey is great, but leaving you at a time when you are most vulnerable is not something we feel comfortable with. We’ll always aim to take you further. Further than you ever thought possible.
